Ashray Psycho Integration Center (APIC) is a proprietary trade registration under the Indian Registration Act 1908 and MSME( UDYAM Registration ID – DL -04-0048718). We are not an NGO. The Foundation came into being in 2016 in Dehradun and undertook operations to conduct workshops in Rural Government Schools and Instituitons. After a two yearself imposed moratarioum, due to the Pandemic, the Foundation has again commenced operations by conducting workshops in the field of Life Skill Education and Leadership Development & Excellence. We collaborate with the Sher E Kashmir University in Srinagar (J&K), IIT Roorkee , Public Schools in Uttarakhand and are now poised to expand our cient base to include Corporates.
Our Aim is to provide a supportive platform to individuals to navigate the challenges they face in their daily lives and propomte psycho – social integration in the society and work place. We are a Team of Psycho analysts who specialise in conducting participatory workshops in LSE and LDE. In our Motivation sessions, we assist Managers in evolving a bespoke model for their workplace. Hence we do not “ Teach”, we simply make the particpants evolve and bring out the traits which are latent in them. The Foundation has been active in the States of Punjab, Maharashtra, New Delhi, Orissa and HP apart from Uttarakhand and J&K.

We also provide consulting services to small and mid size NGOs working the Health and Education Sector. Our concept is of “ Seed to Sapling” , where in we concieve the project, pen down the proposal , conduct the Need assesment and launch the Pilot Project thereafter the NGO can replicate the model and move forward. We have an expertise in conducting Third Party evaulation of Impact assesment and carrying out due deligence of stake holders, in that we assist mid size NGOs in identifying and selecting Partner NGOs in expanding their operations Pan India.
We also provide on line Counselling Services as we have a Team of qualified and experienced counsellars. Our Founder Dr Madhavi Osta, herself is a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has over two decades of experience in the Field.
